Stash Dolls due to the nature of certain products and hygiene reasoning we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on lashes, hair products, lash products. If you received items damaged or defective we will offer exchange or store credit. You must notify us of all damages within 7 days after received.

Stash Lashes are handmade and may be slightly different due to the lashes being made one by one with love and care.

For exchanges or store credit, please have proof of purchase. Pictures once received are a plus.

Stash Lashes will not be responsible for return shipping unless defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges may take up to 7 to 14 days after received.
